Ainsley Morris is currently an investment analyst with QED Investors. Prior to joining QED, Ainsley worked for a legal staffing startup in the DC area, giving her exposure to a seed-stage company. Ainsley worked for the Women's Microfinance Initiative in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania and has a passion for giving rural women in East Africa access to loans.
